Our customer is trying to download the MSP430_USB_Firmware_Upgrade_Example-1.3.1.1-Setup.exe but they cannot proceed as the page is broken.

Can you provide a URL for the broken link? Are they looking for a specific version?

When I look at the tool folder and download link, I see a Firmware_upgrade_example but it does require logging in and answering some questions for export control. Is this what they were looking for?
