So, I have a question,does bare chip support downloading program directly through I2C? Or it still need downloader to burn first,then you can upgrade through I2C?Thank you

Hi Jimmy,
The MSP430FR2433's bootloader is already programmed into the device's ROM memory and supports both I2C and UART, so you don't need to do anything. A blank device will automatically enter the BSL mode at power on.
Here are the I2C pins used for BSL.
SLAU550 has all the information about the BSL.
