MSP430FR2153: About ADC 10/12bit mode @Vcc 2.0V

BTW, FRAM device minimum start-up VCC is about 2.0V. If it will be running about 2.0V, then voltage during start-up must be increased and after this, device can go down to 1.8V. It is not like with F5xx/F6xx family that can start with 1.8V and work on 1.8V.

About ADC 10/12-Bit linearity/timing parameters,

(1) Do you have ADC 10/12-Bit linearity/timing parameters at Vcc 2.0V~ ?

(2) From what power voltage can it support with ADC 10/12-Bit mode?

(3) According to Table 5-20 in datasheet, the following note is described.

“(1) This specifies the ADC functional range with 8-bit resolution at 8-bit ENOB. Table 5-22 specifies 10- and 12-bit linearity parameters for

better ENOB requirements.”

It means it doesn’t meet as ADC 10/12-Bit mode specification at Vcc 2.0V~.

My understanding is correct?
