Hello,
I am trying to program MSP430f5172 microcontroller using an evaluation board. I am getting the error below ("Error initializing emulator: no USB FET was found").
I have a JTAG probe (XDS110 debug probe) and I am also using an external power supply connected pin 4 of the JTAG probe as shown in the figure below.
I have also checked the probe connected to my USB port which is detected by my computer but I am not able to test the connection using the .ccxml file for target configuration. Is there a reason why the computer recognizes it but not CCS?
I am not sure how to solve this issue. Is there a specific driver file that I need to install to solve this or what are other possible ways I can try to solve this? Thank you in advance.
