    Except a few, all MSP pins are after a power-up configured as high-impedance inputs. Which probably is what you mean. YOu cann add pullups/pulldowns or set th m to active high/low output, but the default state is high-impedance input. With a leakage current <+-50nA and a clamp voltage of VCC+0.2V/VDD-0.2V.
