Hi,
Recently I bought two new MSP-FET programmers in the TI official web. One of them had troubles in connecting my computer:
When this new MSP-FET is connected to the computer, the computer can read the device (MSP-FET), but I cannot find that device in any COM PORT. I have tried the following methods:
1. Change a MICRO USB cable;
2. Uninstall the original driver of MSP-FET and try to reinstall the new one;
3. Connect with another new MSP-FET, I can see it in a COM PORT and it works well. When replaced with the previously unrecognized device, the problem remains.
How can I make sure this unrecognized MSP-FET can be a defective product? Or how can I fix this problem?
