Our customer would like to know the result of Electrostatic destruction test.
For example:
Conditions EIAJ method: C = 200pF, R = 0Ω, 200V or more
MIL method: C = 100pF, R = 1.5kΩ, 1.5kV
(Hope: Presentation of the destruction limit value of each terminal)

Device specific ESD test results are not available for individual MSP430 devices.
However, each MSP430 datasheet does show the ESD ratings.
and there is an MSP430 System-Level ESD Consideration document that contains additional information.
