Hello,

I need help regrading ac voltage measurement.

Is there any chip which have 2 voltage channel and one current channel.

In fact I don`t want to use this chip for meter application but i am designing high voltage probe.

So i need single chip solution with 16 bit inbuilt ADC.

    No. There is no current channel. You need to convert the current into a voltage. Either by a shunt resistor or by a current transformer and a load resistor.

    Then you have three voltage channels. And yes, there are MSPs with three voltage channels. Look for devices with an SD16 module (as it is >=16 bit resolution, depending on configuration). Some MSPs have only one SD16 with several multiplexed inputs (allowing only one channel to be converted a tthe same time and some dead time when switching channels) and there are some MSPs with up to 7 separate SD16 modules which allow continuoes and simultaneous sampling of several voltages.
