Temperature is about 55  to 60 degrees. but its stops working in run time only. we cant get back in run time by hardware reset.

But for 55-60C tempurature, Teh MCU should OK and be able to work normally.

How to know the Core is OK and the peripherals is abnormal?

Hi,

As per the below schematic in the portion of the ROSC pin section if I give 55 to 60-degree heat it stops working.

Across the C7 cap, I get VCore voltage as per the datasheet.

This means that the Core internal regulator is normal, but others have some issue.

Does all device keep the same phenomenon?

We have checked it with the different devices, also it comes in all devices but the frequency of the problem is different.

If this issue occur in all device only set up the temp to about 55  to 60 degrees.

I think you can check software, if this issue not releated with software, maybe system level issue, you can try to contact your Sales.

The device is not even broken, because after hardware power on/off device work fine.

how can I set up the temperature to about 55 to 60 degrees?

what is the probability of the device may go into Low power operating mode? because I am working in active mode only.

the simple LED program also not working.

the controller is stuck and stops the LED toggle. after hardware power is on/off its works again fine.

Are there any hardware precautions are there for controller temperature to taken care of?

Thus it looks like this issue not cause by code, maybe related with hardware, maybe system level.

I am wondering if there are some other systems that affect this MCU, and the MCU will not have this issue at this temperature. Of course it’s just a guess, it’s probably a system-level problem.
