MSP430FR2433: ENERY HARVESTING

Hi 2E2,

I am using the MSP430FR2433 microcontroller and I would like to power it from an energy harvesting chip. The chip I want to use for energy harvesting is the AEM10941. How should I connect the pins between them? That is, which pins of the chip do I have to connect to which chip of the MSP430FR2433?

Hi Inigo,

You would typically connect your energy harvester to a large capacitor or battery and then connect the terminals from that battery or capacitor to the VCC and ground of the MSP430. You can find a reference design which uses a super capacitor to power an MSP that should help here:
