Not able to Program MSP430F5438 using BSL

Hello,

1) I am trying to program MSP430F5438 using BSL method. As mentioned in SLAU157AS document page no. 61  Allow Read/Write/Erase access to BSL memory, i tried same but in my CCS this option is permanently disabled. How to enable this option? Sending screenshots of my CCS version 7.2 & 8.

2) Another thing is how to know password for BSL?
