MSP430FR2433: No connection PIN (NC) - BGA

Hello,

I need to use MSP430FR2433IYQW (BGA)
To avoid a high density (high cost) PCB, I want to use only peripheral balls for I/O (to avoid microvia and track <100 um)
3 pins are on internal balls : B2(UCB0SDA), D2(SBWTCK) and D3(DVSS)

To achieve peripheral balls, is it possible to route track :
- from D3(DVSS) to C4(NC)-C5(NC) ?
- from D2(SBWTCK) between D1 and C2 ?
- from B2(UCB0SDA) to B1(no need for this pin) ?
