MSP430FR2433: typo in device-specific datasheet table 6-19

good morning,

in the device specific datasheet at page 58 please remove the random apostrophe from the function name in table 6-19

currently

UCA1TXD/'UCA1SIMO

should become

UCA1TXD/UCA1SIMO

fix needed for automatic parsing of the datasheet.
