Any recommendation for this MCU?

Hello:

     Now we need a MCU to replace the old one(STM8L051F3, as attached datasheet);

     We need this MCU to connect with BQ40Z50 by SMBus, so we require:

     1): 8bits would be OKAY;

     2): 20pin<=  pin number <= 24pin

     3): support SMBus, can communicate with bq40z50 reliablely;

     4):flash >8k byte

     5):EEPROM > 256byte;

     6): has RTC, timers;

     7):won't expired in the next 5 years, stable for sourcing, easy to buy; cheape;
