Hi Khushboo,

For the launchpad Zrno's link is the MSP430FR5994 launchpad, which is used for easy evaluations and contains the on-board eZ-FET debugger. (recommended for testing the features of the MSP430FR5994)

For general programming and debugging usage, the MSP-FET is a popular option and is helpful when using a custom board. (Can be used on every MSP430 device)

For mass programming the MSP-GANG is a common option, similar to the MSP-FET but it can program multiple devices at once.

There are multiple vendors available, you can click on "order" on the product page to find vendors. Vendor specific part numbers vary, but the TI Part number is the name of the device/tool.
