MSP430F5529: When ESD 8KV is on (electrostatic discharge), restart

Hi team,

Based on the 5529 hardware design, MCU restarts when ESD 8KV is on according to IEC60601-1. With the same board layout, the MSP430F5510 has no problem. The customer would like to know is there any difference in the internal hardware architecture of the 5529 and 5510 MCUs and what special attention is needed, or is the 5529 less immune to electrostatic discharge?
