MSP430FR2675: VREG pin unconnected

Hi,because of availability I'm replacing MSP430FR2475 with MSP430FR2675 and I'd like to know if I can left VREG pin (25) unconnected since I already have the PCB's for  the MSP430fr2475 in wich the 25 pin is marked as DNC (do not connect), I'm not using the capacitive features.
