MSP430F5529: how to read the memory data output

Hi team,

The customer would like to use the msp430f5529lp to first store a string of 01 data in flash and then read the string of data in flash to output through pin high and low. And the customer would like to know is there any routines that can refer to or, is there any routine on how to read the memory data output?

Could you help resolve this case? Thanks.

Is the data put into the MCU at compile time, or do you want to store a sequence in the field?

Hi Dear,

Sorry for the late action, I just hear back form the end customer:

They intend to write to flash memory and set the pin to read these 01 sequences to output the high and low levels.

This should be pretty easy.

Assume the data is stored in a byte array, the following pseudo code should work:

if (input_pin == high)

{

for (i=0; i<num_bytes; i++)

{

for (b=0; b<8;b++)

{

out_pin = (data[i] & (1<<b));

}

(Edited to change logical and to bitwise and)
