Hi Qingun,

I checked the sch of FR5994, there are a Capacitor(C18), I don't find the value in SCH & BOM.

We recommend value for this Cap is 1nF, please check this.

Others is OK.

1nF will be better, generally, less than 2.7nF should be OK
