MSP430 I/O port Technical issues

Hi team,

I got a question from customer.

"

1. For msp430g2x32 single chip microcomputer, is there an I / O port that can output PWM signal in lmp3 mode?

2. Msp430c11x1, this type of single chip microcomputer, in active mode f (MCLK) = f (smclk) = f (aclk) = 4096 Hz, Ta = − 40 ° C to 85 ° C, VCC = 3V

Can the actual value of I (AM) be between 2.5-3.2ua??

"

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards,

  • Hi Zhonghui,

You can find that ACLK keep active in LPM3 mode:

Thus if you would like to output a PWM use Timer, you can use ACLK as the clock source.

For Q2, you can find this para in our datasheet, In this test mode, this device should be able to meet this power consumption.

    Thanks!

    Best Regards

    Johnson
