Is it save to say that MSP430FR2xxx will not properly work on 1,8V ?

After device is started on min 2.0V it can work later on 1.8V. As standalone free running device disconnected from FET, because minimum for (FRAM) SBW / JTAG is also about 2.0V.

becuase of SVS spec. this device is started on 1.99V. after code runing, disable SVS, this device can work on 1.8V.
