Hi experts,

Could you tell me how to purchase an older version of the MSP-FET(1st generation: serial number starts with less than "17")?

My customer is considering the MSP430FR5992, but needs an older version of MSP-FETs because he is using an IAR prior to V6.40.1.

The following combination will be ideal.

  • Development Tool: IAR (V6.40.1 or earlier)
  • Emulator：MSP-FET (1st generation: serial number starts with less than "17")
  • Target Device：MSP430FR5992

I understand that if they want to use the latest MSP-FETs, they need to use at least V7 or later IARs.
