MSP430FG437: Narrow pulse detect

Part Number: MSP430FG437

Hi,

We use a SI PIN diode. We want to detect the incoming signal using a transempedance amplifier. The incoming signal is a pulse. The pulse width is 10 ns.

1)Would you recommend an amplifier to detect this narrow pulse? What parameters of the amplifier we will use are important?

2)I want to use the amplifier in MCU.. Would the amplifiers in the MSP430FG437 be sufficient for this?
If not enough, what else can I use instead?

The representative pulse is shown in the figure.
