MSP430FR2476: MSP430 don't start up

We have developed a hardware with the MSP430FR7476. Now the MSP does not start up after applying the voltage. It starts only when we measure the RST pin with the digital multimeter.
The same program works with the developer board LP-MSP430FR2476 without problems. The electronic circuitry has been reviewed and fits.
VCC and RST pin go synchronously in ~1ms to 3.3V.

We have also read and checked the Troubleshooting Guidelines for MSP Devices.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be

Hi Michael,

Do you have 47k pull up resistor from RST pin to VDD? Do you also have a 1nF cap from RST pin to ground?

yes we have done the circuit as shown in the figure.

Hi Michael,

Do you have this issue with a debugger/programmer connected or only in "free-run" mode?

If the problem happens without the debugger/programmer connected, put a temporary short across the 47K and see if problem goes away.
