MSP430FR2476: Tiny RAM

MSP430FR2476 datasheet, Section 9.13, Table 9-31 states that MSP430FR2476 has Tiny RAM of 26 bytes, from 001Fh to 0006h.

However, BSL user guide (SLAUU550AA), Table 7-4, states that MSP430FR2476 has "no Tiny RAM and the clearing function has no effect"

Please clarify:

1. Does MSP430FR2476 have Tiny RAM?

2. Does BSL on MSP430FR2476 clear Tiny RAM?

Hi Eddie,

I believe the BSL guide is wrong. The linker script file matches the datasheet and I setup a simple code to read/write to tiny RAM and it works.

I'll submit a correction to the BSL guide. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Regarding if BSL clears tiny RAM, I'll have to get clarification on that one.
