Part Number: MSP430F5358
Hi,
We are using MSP430F5358IPZR in our project. While doing the thermal simulation, due to the high temperature of the surrounding components, the temperature of the IC is rising above 85degC(close to 98degC to be exact).
From the datasheet, only Industrial grade(-40 to +85degC) parts are available for MSP430.

Queries:
a) Can the MSP430F5358IPZR withstand temperatures as high as 98degC, and still operate normally, without any impact in lifetime.
b) Do we have MSP430F5358 with higher operating temperature range(Somewhere between -40 to +105degC or +125degC)?
c) Is there any substitute for MSP430F5358IPZR which we can use with higher operating range. (Pin-to-pin match not mandatory, but prefer the same LQFP or QFP package)
