Hi I m using EVM430-F6736 and i wanna do a lora communication with an st mcu so i have to know the frame that the EVM's MCU sent than i have to decode this frame.

if anyone has any informations about this please tell me

I don't think you understood me, I want to receive the meter data from the RS232 communication via an mcu

Hello Marwane,

MSP430F6736 has UART capability, so it can communicate via RS-232, given you do the correct voltage translation in hardware (on board). I believe this EVM shows that HW configuration with isolation as well.

Hello Jace,

to know the value of the voltage or current for example, you have to send a frame to the rs232 cable, I do that and I receive a response frame, now I want to decode it, how?

Hello Marwane,

I believe you are asking for a protocol library that goes over UART. We do not have such a library available. It is something that would need to be developed by you for your application.
