MSP-FET: Using Launchpad instead of MSP-FET?

My customer using following ports for debugging, can you please confirm if we can use Launchpad instead of MSPFET?

Hello Furkan,

Launchpads only support SBW connections (2-wire JTAG), so technically, yes they could, but how they interface to their board may differ, but that would be accommodated by jumping over the interface via wires anyway.

MSP432 and CCxx launchpads with XDS110's support JTAG debugging.

Launchpads with XDS110 debugger on board do support JTAG for ARM. MSP430 is not part of the XDS110 support package that I am aware of . An MSP430 based LaunchPad can program any MSP430 device via SBW.
