MSP430F5501: Is CRC checksum equal between different flash size devices using same binary?

Part Number: MSP430F5501

Hi team,

We are considering to calculate CRC of flash to verify the binary normality.
We will use 2 different parts which has different size of flash, but I'm not sure the CRC value will be same between 2 variants.

Could you let me know any concerns if you have?
