MSP430G2544: Production burn failed

Hi team,

Here's an issue may need your help:

1) The following is a platform built during the burn process using the programr MSP430 GANG PROGRAMMER, Auto 2.7V Dongle, which is a board-level burn and the burning fixture.

2) Burning S/W, Sermac is developed by the customer.

3) Target supply voltage 2.7 V during the burn process, supplied by the programmer, and the burning fixture's power is off.

Testing: after a non-burn issue, try to power the board from an external source. But still cannot be burned.

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

1.What about before, have the system works good?

2. See from your description, I don't know whether the computer software, the Gang, PCB or the MSP430 has problem

Hi Eason：

Current there are 139pcs occurred no-burn issue , total are 1000pcs；

so I want to know whether there are special points to care in burning , normally， could you give me operation step list ?

Is it possible that the operation is not standardized to cause the no-burning situation, how can you remove or verify it?

So, with large high PPM. I would assume it is a program issue. Maybe the cap is too large.

1. Check the PCB hardware setup of reset pin

2. Use oscillator scope to catch the wave at reset pin. To see whether the signal setup successfully in a duty.
