MSP430FR5994: BSL doesn't give us any response when send RX password command with wrong signature.

Additionally, I would like to note we can see the response from BSL with other commands like RX Data Block.

Here is a waveform of RX Password command I sent.
R5 shows TXD of MSP, and R6 shows TXD.
Logic is inverted. 

We can see RX password command was sent with wrong password(0xff....), then MSP returned 'Low' for 114ms.
What does the period of 'logic low' mean?
It looks like there is no stop bit, so I think it is not correct signal.

Do you have any advice for this?

The MSP430FR5xx and MSP430FR6xx bootloader does not send the BSL core response for the incorrect password. Ignore any acknowledgment from the device and initialize the communication with BSL again.

May I know if the FR5994 device has been mass erased after the error password sent?

Yes I confirmed the device was mass erased.

So... may I retry with correct password after the UART TX signal line transition to logic high?
And the password should be [0xff...] because the device was mass erased with wrong password.

I think so. all 0xFF should be the correct RX password after mass erase.
