my target board is msp430fr2355 evm

I am using CCS version 11..1.0.00011 to debug program.

When

1> run->debug

2> run->breakpoint

to set the breakpoint on the line that to sop

3> run->resume

Ans it did not stop on the breakpoint that i set.

Is there anything that i miss?

code is modified from the following link and it work well, just the breakpoint did not stop the debugging.

I'm not sure I completely understand how you are setting the breakpoint. Under the "Run" menu there are a couple of advanced options for setting breakpoints. However, the easiest way is to double click to the left of the line number you want to set a breakpoint on (see below). When a breakpoint is set there will be an indicator left of the line number (see below).
