Sorry for not seeing your response sooner.  It sounds like the MSP430 has been destroyed.  Do you have the ability to de-solder and solder a new MSP430 on this PCB?  If so, you can order a few samples for free.

Sorry for not responding sooner.  Because of the chip shortage, I believe our free samples program has been temporarily suspended.

You can try here to purchase, but when I tried it, all the inventories are 0.

I checked with our customer team and according to our return policy, it doesn't look like we will be able to exchange the EVM because it was initially working before you connected your Arduino PCB.  So here is what I would recommend - I did find some inventory of the MSP430F6736AIPZ (which is the one on your EVM) at one of our distributors https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/texas-instruments/MSP430F6736AIPZ/5232439

Based on where you are located, you may be able to purchase the MSP430 from Digikey and replace the one on your unit.  Let me know if this will work for you.
