When using this LCDLP register
1. How much can you reduce the current consumption?
(Maybe it depends on the displayed contents, so there is no problem.)
2. What are the disadvantages compared to not using it?

I have also not found the the power test data in the datasheet. As you can see in the user's guide when LCDLP enabled it will decrease the toggle frequency of the out put both com and seg that will reduce the power consumption to the parasitic capacitance in the circuit in my opinion. For the actual power performance I think that need to be test with specific hardware design, because the test result maybe different due to different hardware.

What are the disadvantages of using the LCDLP resister?
Being able to choose whether to use LCDLP is a disadvantage of LCDLP.
For example, are there any disadvantages such as visual flicker depending on the hardware configuration and display contents?

In my eyes, using LCDLP mode may decrease the life cycle or performance of LCD, as you know LCDLP increase the DC time that will do bad for the LCD. But I don't find the test data to support this, just by theory.
