The VPE bit which is used to signal a "significant" change in DVcc during flash programming, can you please let me know what is the range of DVcc that can be considered as a "significant" change.

Yes so if the voltage goes even slightly below 1.8V or slightly above 3.6V (say 1.7V or 3.7V), the VPE bit would change?

Yes, I agree.

But if we refer the errate, we will find VPE bit will set to trigger a interrupt if enable when voltage is 2.4V to 2.6v and operate flash.
