MSP430FR6989: It is not Possible to set breakpoints in debug session

Hello,

I have a problem with my debug session. It is not possible so set a breakpoint.
I want to debug a device without loading the programme on it. The connection and debug session also starts. However, I cannot set any breakpoints. These are displayed directly crossed out.
I have attached screenshots of my settings and the breakpoints.

I use the Code Composer Studio 10.1.0

Can you try this button:

If not help, I would recommend you to install a new CCS version.

The set back to default workaround has not worked.
With a never CCS Version it works.

The breakpoints view shows that the Skip All Breakpoints option is selected (the option circled):

Have Skip All Breakpoints selected is what was causing the breakpoints to be displayed as crossed out and therefore be skipped.
