Is there any info out there on when there will be a development or evaluation board with an MSP that has the 24-bit ADC and PGA? Is there an app note about how to get the best ENOB out of your board design?

there is a target board available: http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/msp-ts430pw24.html. You can also order it bundled with a MSP-FET430UIF (if you don't have one): http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/msp-fet430u24.html

The MSP-TS430PW24 comes with a MSP430AFE253IPW.
