Dear Sir,
We have a phenomena that sometimes the boot loader is deleted.
We use the SPY protocol to burn the boot loader.
What might be the reasons for this phenomena?
How can I solve this issue?
Best Regards,
Jiahui

Hi Avi,
BSL memory can only be erased by segment and it needed to unlock protection to execute the erase operation. All the BSL segments are erased? How do you know the bsl is erased when working for a long time? All the BSL segments are erased?
Hi Allen,
The basic operation is a communication with my card.
When communication is lost, I try to load the firmware and I can not.
Only if i program the bootloader , I succeed to communicate.
It happens in a few cards(Not all of them), After Several days/weeks/Months.
I did not check if all the segments are erased.I just Reprogram the bootloader.
Hi Avi,
I may not give further conclusion without further analysis. Suggest you follow this guide to debug the flash problem first to find some possible directions and reasons first.
You can also try to read the code from your erased device to compare with the normal device. Find out which addresses have been changed, and to which values.
