MSP430F5341: Bootloader and firmware erased

Hi,

I have a  strange phenomena. In our Boards the bootloader and the firmware erased in several cards.

Just to verify i turn the power on and off for 100 times, and I did not have the phenomena.

Sometimes the bootloader and the firmware is erased, sometimes  the firmware erased, and sometimes part of the firmware erased.

Please advice,
