I am not aware of any reference designs explicitly for demonstrating the separated digital and analog grounds on the F5xx and F6xx devices. We do recommend tying the two together for all applications that don’t require extreme accuracy.

You may also find it helpful to look at our USB developer’s package inside of our resource explorer. Found in Software -> MSP430Ware -> Libraries -> USB Developer’s Package.
