Hi,

For OSS, how to check MCU work in 1-bit or 3-bit mode? What is different between this two modes and what is better?

According the following waveform, it looks MCU worked in 1-bit mode. Thanks.

Frank and Bryant,

I am going to move this thread to our group and close the other one.

From the waveform, it is still using 3 bit OSS and the OSS code is 100. If you use 1 bit OSS, the OSS pin would be either high or low. It will not toggle.

1 bit OSS only gives you 2 level of priority and 3-bit OSS gives you 7 levels of priority. Thanks.

If you are using FirmPSE solution, we use 3-bit OSS since we have to use it to support multi power supply feature. Thanks.
