Hello,
customer ask if he needs an external SVS.
The User's Guide stated (page 100): "As DVCC ramps up from 0 V at power up, the BOR keeps the device in reset until VCORE is at a sufficient level for operation at the default MCLK rate and for the SVSH and SVSL mechanisms to be activated."
This means that the SVS would be active at 1.8V and there would be a supervisor gap from BOR =1.30V(TYP)/0.80V(MIN) to VCC=1.8V which has to cover by an external SVS. Right?
Or, is the MSP430 SVS already active?
Regards, Holger
