We are using MSP430I2040 EVM (https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slaa638/slaa638.pdf) for metering application development. We want to measure the maximum 32A current.
1) Is it possible to measure 32A current via shunt provision available on development kit?
2) If we have to use CT then what combination will work best for this software stack?
3) Is there any change in connection required for CT connection to this board? any guide available for CT connection to this Development kit(https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slaa638/slaa638.pdf)?
Thank you.
Here is the new EMDC GUI for you to refer: Energy Measurement Design Center for MSP430 MCUs
1) Yes, it is possible, As I check, I can do this setting on the GUI
2) You need to do the configuration on the GUI and then generate a new code with CT.
3) For hardware, you can get more help from these two design
