Here is a customer bought three of the same goods.
When two are powered on, it is a white screen.

A power-on is normal.
Don't understand why the screen is blank.

Customer think it's a quality problem, wants to exchange goods

Hi Lidong,

This is disappointing. Did the customer purchase these from TI directly or through a distributor. If a distributor, they will need to contact the distributor about the exchange.

Hi Lidong,

Ok, based on the fact the customer purchase 3 programmers and 2 of these programmers fail to power up properly, and from what I can see in the screen shot, I agree they are defective and should be replaced.
