MSP430F2618: Part Markings

Part Number: MSP430F2618

The datasheet doesn't seem to specify what the part markings are for MSP430F2618TGQWTEP, it's highly unlikely that this microcontroller comes without any markings.

I found two websites of unknown reliability that indicate that the part marking should be "F2618GQWEP". I would like to confirm the part markings which are to be expected on MSP430F2618TGQWTEP.

Marking on the device package are defined and shown in the errata sheet for the device. Please see "Section 5 Nomenclature, Package Symbolization, and Revision Identification" in the device errata sheet.

The errata mentions part markings for the following packages: ZQW, PM, PN, ZCA

However, this Device is a GQW package, would the part markings be equivalent to ZQW?

Rami,

I suspect the markings would be equivalent to ZQW. These should be the same package, but slightly different part numbers as I believe you have the EoL MSP430F2618-EP, which the only real difference is extended temperature range.
