Could you please tell me the failure rate of "stuck-at fault" (AD conversion stops working and the value does not change) for AD conversion?

My customer is considering obtaining an EN standard for a product with this microcontroller. There is a description of degenerate failures in the requirements, and we would like to first check if there is any information on the failure rate.
