Hello TI team,

Recently, we have a product to be mass-produced. The chip used is MSP430F247.

Does you have mass production software that can be provided to us for program burning in manufacturing worker?

By the way, can the MSP430UIF be debugged with four cores wire?

There is MSP-GANG for production.

MSP430UIF support SBW and JTAG interface. However it is old device, replaced by MSP-FET

Zrno is correct, that MSP-GANG is the best programmer for production, and supports up to 8 target devices at a time.

The MSP430F247 and MSP-FET430UIF both support 4-wire JTAG, but as Zrno said this debugger has since been replaced by MSP-FET.

Thank you all. However, the MSP-FET430UIF was mounted on my PCB, is there any suitable software that I can burn directly on the welded PCBA?

I may be a bit confused about your setup here. Are you currently able to program your devices using CCS/IAR or another option and just looking for a better production solution?

If you want you can try MSP-Flasher, it is command line, but it should be compatible with MSP-FET430UIF.
