Thanks for your reply.

1. I did update the MSP-GANG to Version: 1.03.06.00. it didn't sole the problem.

2. I have 2 other MSP-GANG programmers hardware Rev 1.04 & hardware Rev 1.05 that works perfectly on the same set up and software

    (MSP-GANG to Version: 1.03.03.00.)

3. it looks to me like there might be a problem with the device itself.

Preform the self-test (tools->self test) and post the result if there are any failures.

Just to verify that the cable is working (I see that the first image you shared had a communication error) have you tested with different cables?

Also are the erase settings the same when you use the different programmers?
