As title, Can I bypass the limit of 9600bps of the ez430-RF2500 USB debugger and have a higher data rate please?

Sure: make your own interface hardware.

Connect the MSp with a level shifter such as the MAX232 or similar and connect it to a serial port (or an USB to serial adapter). Then you'll have no problems going up to 115200 and more.

With the provided hardware: no.
