MSP430FR2355: Internal Temperature Sensor Conversion Problem

Hi,

I am using the MC with the part number mentioned above, and I'm trying to figure out how to convert the raw ADC data of the internal temperature sensor to valid temperature values.

The ADC is configured to resolution of 10bits and internal reference voltage of 1.5V. I found some kind of conversion formula in the user guide but I can't understand how to set the values in the formula.
As I understand the formula (in the below picture), Vt is the measured ADC value and V30c is the calibration value from the TLV.

For example, if the temperature sensor ADC value is 540 (dec) and the V30c calibration value is 16383, how do I get the temperature celsius?
